By accessing or using Framiq ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Framiq provides an online platform for generating images and videos using artificial intelligence models. The Service is accessible via web browser and requires account registration.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.
The Service operates on a credit system. Credits are consumed when generating content. Credits purchased are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Subscription credits reset monthly; top-up credits do not expire.
Prices are displayed in EUR and may be subject to applicable taxes.
On paid plans, you retain full ownership and commercial rights to all content you generate using the Service. On the free plan, generated content may include a watermark.
You grant Framiq a non-exclusive license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service. We do not train our models on your generated outputs.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Framiq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
